DCA Annual Golf Tournament & Banquet

Please join us Friday, August 17, 2007 at the Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel for our Annual Golf Tournament with the banquet to follow at the Lone Tree Club House. The event this year will be a morning event, single shotgun, lunch at noon . Shot gun start will be @ 7:30am .

Greens fees are $80.00 per golfer and the banquet is $40.00. The total golf and banquet tickets is $120.00. If you are a paid up member of the DCA then you are entitled to free banquet ticket. The banquet ticket includes two complentary drink tickets and a raffle ticket for door prizes To determine if you are a current member, please contact Susie A. Vigil at denverclaims@denverclaims.com. Your banquet tickets and drink tickets will be mailed to you. Any additional tickets must be purchased in advance, as there will be no banquet tickets sold on August 17, 2007 . There can be no refunds given for the banquet tickets.
